Warren Wilson College invites applications for an Admissions Counselor to join our dynamic, student-centered admissions team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this role is ideal for an energetic people person who enjoys building relationships, inspiring students, and helping them navigate the college search process.
As a front-line recruiter for the College, you'll connect with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners to grow awareness of Warren Wilson's undergraduate programs and meet enrollment goals. You'll recruit students within an assigned territory through travel, outreach, and personalized engagement, helping students discover all that Warren Wilson has to offer.
We're looking for a motivated go-getter who thrives on making connections, communicates with confidence, and enjoys both independent work and team collaboration. If you're passionate about helping students, love being on the move, and are excited to represent a mission-driven liberal arts college, we'd love to hear from you.
