Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services to children and young adults in Lapwai, ID. The RBT will primarily provide 1:1 services to individuals ranging in age from 3 to 21 years old and will work under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral support and intervention services.
Implement behavior plans and interventions as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Support individuals in developing appropriate behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills.
Accurately document services, progress, and relevant observations.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other members of the support team.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment for clients.

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in Idaho.
Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults is preferred.
Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 3, 2027
Hours: 35 billed hours per week
Caseload: Primarily 1:1 services
Age Range: 3 21 years
Supervision: BCBA
Location: Lapwai, ID
